Short Course Awards for AfricaShort Course Awards for Africa: The Australian Government offers short term Australia Award opportunities and training workshops available for African nationals. A range of Short Courses and training workshops have been developed. These are available in the following fields: Up to 350 places will be available to experienced employees from African public, private and civil society organisations in 2012. Applications from Africans wishing to undertake a short course in the available fields, will open in October 2011 and close mid December 2011. Successful applicants will have costs covered, including air ticket, visa expenses, accommodation, living allowance and Workshop/Short course tuition.
