The Royal Nairobi Golf Club is currently recruit persons who qualify and are self-driven as well as fully experienced for the following vacant position available.
General Manager
Responsibilities:
Overseeing all Personnel and Administration matters.
Initiate and implement the strategic plan of the club.
Promote proper Internal and External matters pertaining to Public Relations.
Be accountable to the Board of Directors and attend meetings.
Qualifications:
Minimum of First Degree in Finance/Business Administration or professional experience related to the job.
Minimum six years experience at management level n hospitality industry.
Computer literate.
Knowledge of Management Information Systems.
At least 30 years of age and have experience in Human Resources Management.
Similar experience in Managing a Golf Club an advantage.
