Scholarship Application Eligibility Criteria: Any woman or man whose work continues Perdita Huston's work of reaching women of the Third World, giving them a voice and empowering them. The selection process will evaluate the applicant's vision, efforts to empower women and her or his accomplishments in this regard. Anyone may nominate an individual whose life and work reflect the vision, compassion and commitment of the life and work of Perdita Huston and whose work continues the advocacy for, and empowerment of women.
