nonpartisan, nonprofit organization, IFES has developed and
implemented comprehensive, collaborative democracy solutions in more
than 120 countries.
Qualifications:
At least seven years of experience designing, managing and
implementing multidisciplinary and results-based M&E systems;
Demonstrated experience developing performance monitoring plans for
USAID programs;
Quantitative and qualitative analysis in an international development
context;
A Masters degree or higher in a relevant field; and
Fluency in both English and French.
Successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following
attributes:
Experience working in Africa;
Database development/management;
Familiarity with public health, democracy and governance, education
and natural resources management technical areas.
