Location: Uganda.

MOGAS is integrated downstream oil marketing in East & Central Africa with business operations spanning from terminal operations to retail networks and lubrication services.

They seek to recruit for the position of:

General Manager Specialist – Regional position

Key Responsibilities:

Overall leadership in specialties line of business (LOB) at group level.

Develop marketing strategies for products under the specialties LOB in line with the group medium and long-term goals.

Oversee specialty products development and inventory rationalization.

Between 35-40 years of age.

Strong leadership skills, able to motivate, develop and influence others.

Relevant experience for at least 12 years of which at least 5 years should have been in senior managerial positions.

First degree in chemical or mechanical engineering from a recognized and reputable university. Postgraduate qualifications will be of added advantage.

Develop and manage company relationships with lubricants technology partners and other specialties LOB business partners.

Where applicable, oversee local lubricants production and quality assurance.
