International Students ICSP Scholarships in USA

University of Oregon International Cultural Service Program (ICSP)

The ICSP scholarship awards 30-40 competitive scholarships to international students each year.

Scholarships apply to tuition only and range from $6,000-$18,000 per year.

The ICSP scholarship has a cultural service component which requires students to give presentations about their home country to children, community organizations, and University of Oregon (UO) students, faculty and staff.

ICSP scholarships are based on financial need, academic merit, and the ability to make presentations to diverse groups of people. ICSP scholarships are renewable.

Eligibility: Applicants may be new or current UO students.

New students must apply for admission to UO by February every year.

Current students must be enrolled in a full-time course of study at the UO with a non immigrant visa (F-1 or J-1) and have a minimum grade point average of 2.5 for undergraduates and 3.0 for graduate students.
