International Enrichment Award - Michigan State UniversityApplications are hereby invited for John A. and Irma L. Benschop International Enrichment Award.
Two to four awards of $500 each will be made each year to help defray travel expenses.
How to apply:
The application process involves completion of the Honors College Scholarship/Fellowship Application Form.
When to apply:
The deadline for those participating in summer, fall, or academic-year programs is March 1; for winter break and spring programs, the deadline is October 15.
Criteria:
The amount of each award will depend on the quality of the proposal and on the academic record of the proposer as well as the length of the intended stay abroad.
Students who go on MSU-sponsored programs will be given preference, but those planning to enroll in programs sponsored by other universities may also apply.
Applications from students who have never studied or traveled abroad are particularly welcome.
Preference may be given to students who do not have other substantial scholarships.
