Location: Kenya.

I Choose Life Jobs: I Choose Life-Africa (ICL) is one of the leading NGOs in the country working with the youth and has programs in over 30 institutions (tertiary institutions and high schools) across six provinces in Kenya.

Its goal is to contribute to the Kenya National AIDS Strategic Plan to reduce HIV, improve the quality of life of those infected and affected and mitigate the socio-economic impact of HIV and AIDS.

It seeks to recruit:

Communications & Marketing Officer

Qualifications:

A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or an equivalent combination of the education, training and expertise relevant to this position.

A Masters degree in one of the above or any other related field preferred and will be an added advantage.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in program development and marketing.

Prior association and/or experience with NGOs will be an added advantage.

Strong written and verbal communications with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.

Ability to effectively work under tight deadlines and manage projects independently.

Resourcefulness in solving problems.

Excellent people skills and an upbeat and enthusiastic attitude.

Able to think creatively and strategically with excellent judgment, strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.

Must possess strong leadership skills and be able to motivate and influence others.

Excellent computer skills.

Strong and unquestionable work ethics.
