Grants for Taught Postgraduates in Archaeology, University of Durham, UK

The Department of Archaeology, University of Durham, UK is offering a total of ELEVEN 'Fiftieth Anniversary Bursaries' to students joining their Taught Postgraduate Programmes this autumn.

The eleven bursaries will comprise one-off payments of £2000 made at the commencement of the programme in October, to assist postgraduate students with their fees in 2007-8.

They will be awarded to students selected by the Department on the academic merit of their MA or MSc application.

No separate application is necessary.

Apply using the on-line application system for any of the University of Durham Taught Masters Programmes at the link given at the bottom of this page.

Current applicants will be considered for these bursaries too; however, to be eligible you MUST have formally accepted an offer of a place by the 12th July 2007 and have provided any supporting documentation requested (e.g. transcripts; IELTS scores and references etc).
