Job Title: Senior IT Solutions Sales Specialist-BFSI Based in Nairobi

2 Positions

Position reports to: Head of Software Solution Business

Job Purpose Summary:

The Sales Specialist will be responsible for delivering maximum sales revenue from Financial Services and Insurance Software technologies and services offered in Kenya.

The main focus of this position is to bring in business from new and existing clients by prospecting and developing excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

1. Ensure new client acquisition; build a sales pipeline of qualified sales opportunities.

2. Ensure Market expansion for the services offered by the Company.

3. Create plans for Account growth and ensure proper implementation of the same.

4. Identify and qualify legitimate sales opportunities, provide a consultative and value-added approach to develop relationships.

5. Negotiate contractual terms and conditions, and works with the solutions/operations/ implementation teams to ensure smooth handoffs.

6. Maintain an ongoing relationship with prospective clients continuously assessing and communicating how company can meet and surpass their needs.

7. Learn about company technologies, keeping up to date with the new Service Portfolio and market trends.

Qualifications

Desired Education: University Degree

Desired Experience: Over 5 years, specializing in BASIC IT Software sales

Desired Specialty Background: Banking solution Sales

Other desired Profile:

- Candidates must have experience in selling services and products in Banking & Finance

- Proven experience in establishing and maintaining connections with the Banks.

- Excellent Communication skills; Excellent listening, speaking, writing and presentation skills are required.

- Ability to explain solutions offered

- Good negotiation skills

Based in Nairobi
