    Job Description

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with overall marketing and business goals.

  • Manage and grow company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, etc.).

  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content including graphics, videos, and written posts.

  • Monitor social media trends, insights, and competitor activity to optimize performance.

  • Respond to comments, messages, and online engagements in a timely and professional manner.

  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams to support campaigns and product launches.

  • Analyze performance metrics and prepare regular reports on growth, engagement, and ROI.

  • Manage paid social media advertising campaigns where applicable.

    Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.

  • Proven experience (2–4 years) as a Social Media Manager or similar role.

  • Strong understanding of social
    media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.

  • Excellent content creation, copywriting, and storytelling skills.

  • Proficiency in social media management tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva).

  • Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing an added advantage.

  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and insights.

  • Creativity, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.

  • Digital marketing expertise.

  • Brand awareness and positioning.

  • Community engagement.

  • Time management and multitasking.
