The specific responsibilities include:

  • Conduct a preliminary assessment of opportunities to determine our competitive and strategic advantage.

  • Collect & analyze information on opportunities that the organization has decided to pursue.

  • Responsible for proposal writing, drafting, editing, and ensuring a competitive proposal

  • Responsible for transforming technical contents into polished final proposals that are responsive to clients’ guidelines

  • Serve as a lead, ensuring timely and efficient submission of quality competitive proposals, and working with teams of technical and management staff.

  • Work with partner agencies to collect all necessary documents, including but not limited to the Teaming Agreement, Letters of Commitment, CVs, bio datasheets, and other documents and standardize these to the proposal guidelines for the work at hand.

  • Develop and utilize tools, templates, and work processes that result in streamlined and efficient proposal development.

  • Ensure effective communication among different departments and offices, external partners, and collaborators throughout the proposal development process

  • Work as a team member to undertake whatever is necessary to complete high quality and competitive proposals.

  • Write technical fact sheets, capability statements and provide writing expertise to other assignments as needed and/or as time permits

    Job Requirements

    Qualification

  • A minimum of Master’s degree in Economics, Development Studies, Sociology and English, History or any other related fields is required.

  • The ability to use the English language efficiently is a must.

    Experience
  • Must have more than 1 year of Proposal Wrting experience.
