Back ground Zelaki Aluminium manufacturing Plc is located in Northern Ethiopia at Ashegoda, which is 760 Km away from Addis Ababa.
The company is established by two visionary entrepreneurs who are engaged in different business activities in 2011 E.C... Zelaki has now owned the state of art technology in the aluminium extrusion sector.
It is designed to substitute import by producing of high quality aluminium profiles with the orientation of fulfilling customer desire and demand. Zelaki’s annual production capacity is 5000 ton of aluminium profiles that include doors, curtain walls and windows featured with different sizes, design and textures.
It has the objectives of fulfilling the unleashed demands of the public and the private aluminium products of construction sectors.
Beyond this, Zelaki has also a plan to earn foreign currency from export to neighbour countries that the country demands.
It will also create employment opportunity for many people in permanent and temporary bases.

Objective of the consultancy service
The main objectives of hiring the consultant for this assignment are as follows:
The aim is to deploy an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system that will assist in automating most of Zelaki Aluminum factory’s processes, comply with legislative and government policies.
The ERP system must be scalable to allow additional modules, and must interface with
other business information systems.
Development of web enabled integrated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution for supporting Zelaki Aluminum factory regular operations which include Financial Management Information System (FMIS), Contract Management Information System (CMIS), Procurement Management Information System (PCMIS), Admin and Human Resource Management Information System (HRMIS),production and planning management information system(PPMIS),store management information system(SMIS),Sales management information system(SMIS),customer relation Management information System(CRMIS),quality inspection and assurance management system etc.
Establish and maintain a robust Online, Real-time, Web Based, Database Monitoring System) that enables to get real time data and statistics available for timely decision, monitoring and planning for the Zelaki Aluminum factory related activities and service delivery.
The ERP solution should integrate all independent software modules that are supporting operation of Zelaki Aluminum factory.
The HR management system should support operation on Personnel Management (Personal Data, Leave Management, Travel Management, Salary Management, Performance Evaluation),Time Management, Personal Development (Trainings, Performance Evaluation), Payroll and Tax calculation
The ERP solution should support also document Management System (Store and Search Document, access control), Material Management (Pre Purchase, Post Purchase, Inventory).
