Youcloud Payments Limited Head of Business Growth Jobs in Kenya

We seek to bring financial inclusion to small and medium-sized businesses in Africa through simplifying their process of receiving payments, sales tracking, and inventory management.

Overall Purpose:

The objective of this role is to design and execute the product’s growth strategy focusing on customer acquisition, activation, retention and upsells.

Role Summary:

The Head of Business Growth will be responsible to conceive and execute initiatives to grow the customer base.

Customer Satisfaction and retention

Sales opportunity.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Create and implement marketing strategies for new products and plan how to meet market demands.

Lead new business ventures and plan approaches on market entry.

Analyze market trends and accordingly develop marketing plans to increase brand awareness.

Communicate up-to-date information about technological enhancements of products to all stakeholders.

Manage and promote proactive customer relationships.

Coordinate with sales & technical teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals.

Manage team performance and development

Academic and Professional Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Science or IT, preferably with a focus on Marketing

Relevant Experience

3+ years of professional experience working within product management.

Experience marketing retail solutions, experience selling tech solutions is an added advantage.

Experience working with Sales and engineering teams.

Desired Attributes

First-class communication skills

Ability to manage multiple projects at once.

Ability to think strategically and creatively.
