Job Description

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Overall management & handling of export consignments, pre-shipment and post-shipment documentations

Making sure all legal procedures and regulations have been followed in all operations

Ensure timely transmission of documents to Supplier

Establish and manage relationships with all stakeholders (Clients, Banks, Insurance, Clearance Agents)

Develop annual sales, revenue projections, implement strategies

Maintaining up-to-date records (printed and digital copies)

Providing periodic internal reports


Job Requirements

Educational Background:

BA degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or equivalent from a recognised College or University


Work Experience

Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Import & Export


Required Skills

Language: Ability to communicate in English and Amharic is a must; additional languages are an asset

Communication: Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
