    Job Description

    Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Documenting financial transactions
  • Filing periodic reports to the right authorities
  • Developing monthly internal financial reports
  • Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
  • Processing & documenting shipments to ensure that they are in compliance with customs rules and regulations
  • Tracking location of shipments
  • Managing all import/export activities
  • Handling office & administrative tasks
  • Arranging flight bookings for staff
    Coordinating office activities and operations to ensure compliance to company policies
  • Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Maintaining up-to-date records printed and digital copies of documents.
  • Manage phone calls, emails and correspondence

    Job Requirements

    ducational Background:

  • BA degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related fields from a recognised College or University

    Work Experience

  • 2 Years in Accounting,
  • Proven experience as an Import Expert

    Required Skills

  • Language: Ability to communicate in English and Amharic is a must; additional languages are an asset
  • Software: Microsoft Excel, Peachtree
    Communication: Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
