  • BA Degree in Management, Secretarial Science and Office Management & Other related fields

    Relevant Experience and Required Skills

  • 8 years and above relevant work experience in well-known Construction and International Companies.

    Required Competence

    • Administrative Skills: Outstanding organizational skills, analytical skills, detail oriented, good judgment, problem solving, office management, administrative supports, managing executives’ calendars & setup meetings, customer handling, travel arrangements and planning appointments & events.

    • Interpersonal Skills: Self-confidence, teamwork, working well under pressure, accuracy, active listening ability to follow directions, collaborations, diplomatic, proactive and maintaining confidential information.

    • Written & Verbal Communications: Correspondence, customer service, managing relations with clients and processing telephone calls & requests.

    • Time Management: Outstanding time management skills, ability to work independently, meeting deadlines, multitasking and prioritizing.
