WRA Information Communication Technology (ICT) Assistant III Jobs in Kenya; This will be the entry and training grade for this cadre. An officer at this level will work under the guidance of a Senior Officer

ICT Function

This cadre is responsible for promoting, facilitating and managing information communication and technology to enhance service delivery of the Authority

Duties and Responsibilities

Providing support in the use of ICT hardware and reporting any faults for further action

Providing user support and training of users

Repairing and maintaining ICT equipment and associated peripherals

Preparing maintenance and repair reports

Maintaining an up-to-date ICT equipment register and issuance register

Configuring new Information Communication Technology equipment

Job Specifications

Diploma in any of the following disciplines: Information Technology, Computer Technology, Business IT, ICT Project Management or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution
