Mission of the Department
Drive the right culture and working environment across the WWF Network.
Develop People & Culture (P&C) standards, policies and platforms to attract, develop and retain talent.
Create optimal working conditions enabling staff to perform at the highest level and contribute to conservation goals.
Major Functions
Manage employment contract templates across countries.
Handle formal letters related to staff lifecycle changes.
Serve as focal point for insurance requests and cases.
Provide regular dashboards and analytics.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
Prepare global contracts and collect candidate documentation.
Maintain updated contract templates and annexes; coordinate local contracts and addenda.
Manage employee e‑files, contract changes, addenda and administrative enrolments.
Act as main contact for insurance queries, follow up on cases and organize awareness sessions.
Coordinate work permit requests and renewals for Secretariat staff.
Serve as HRIS back‑up and provide
regular reporting and dashboards.
Act as Payroll back‑up and support payroll processes when required.
Contribute to ad hoc HR projects related to Employee Services.
Required Qualifications
Commercial Diploma in Human Resources.
Minimum 5 years’ HR experience in a complex global environment.
Required Skills and Competencies
Excellent organizational, administrative, multitasking and prioritization skills.
Strong customer focus and ability to operate independently.
Team player with initiative and diplomacy.
Ability to manage confidential issues and foster effective communication.
Advanced knowledge of social media and online learning tools.
Fluent in English; good working knowledge of French preferred.
Interest in conservation and WWF’s mission.
