Key Responsibilities
Platform Administration & Governance
Perform tenant‑level configuration, governance enforcement, platform optimization, and operational administration.
Implement and maintain secure permission architectures including SharePoint groups, Microsoft 365 Groups, and role‑based access controls.
Identify and remediate orphaned sites, unmanaged collaboration spaces, and non‑compliant configurations.
Develop and enforce governance standards, operational procedures, templates, and guardrails.
Information Architecture & Content Management
Design and implement metadata‑driven information architecture using Term Store, content types, and modern SharePoint capabilities.
Promote metadata navigation and dynamic content presentation over folder‑based approaches.
Optimize sites, libraries, and lists for usability and search effectiveness.
Establish standards for document management, version control, retention, and compliance.
Workflow Automation & Business Solutions
Design and support workflow automation using SharePoint Lists, Power Automate, and Forms.
Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline manual processes.
Develop scalable low‑code/no‑code solutions to improve efficiency.
Evaluate business requirements and recommend appropriate Microsoft 365 solutions.
Integration & Solution Support
Support integrations between SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Microsoft Graph, and enterprise applications.
Administer service principals, API permissions, and integration security.
Support ALM processes including deployment governance and release management.
Maintain operational controls and monitoring practices.
Automation, Scripting & Continuous Improvement
Develop PowerShell, PnP PowerShell, and Microsoft Graph scripts for efficiency.
Support advanced SharePoint capabilities including JSON formatting and site templates.
Monitor platform health, usage patterns, and adoption metrics.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex platform, permissions, compliance, and automation issues.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems, or related discipline.
Strong
Microsoft 365 administration expertise.
Advanced SharePoint Online administration and governance knowledge.
Knowledge of Microsoft Graph, Power Platform, SPFx, and PowerShell automation.
Professional Experience
Expertise in Microsoft 365 administration including SharePoint Online.
Advanced knowledge of governance, site administration, and permissions architecture.
Experience with Power Platform, workflow automation, and process optimization.
Experience with PowerShell, PnP PowerShell, and Microsoft Graph scripting.
Knowledge of Term Store, content types, and document governance.
Experience implementing ALM practices and environment management.
Knowledge of compliance, retention, auditing, and governance practices.
Preferred Experience
5+ years developing and supporting SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 solutions.
Strong experience with Power Platform, SPFx, Microsoft Graph, and automation.
Demonstrated success delivering business solutions and governance initiatives.
