World Vision International NGO Driver (KITIKI Project) Jobs in Tanzania



Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the vehicle as per approved routes

  • Only authorized trips are travelled

  • Ensure safety of passengers using the vehicle

  • Passengers are always reminded on safety

  • Ensure vehicle functionality by observing key dates for services as well as report any disorder timely

  • Vehicle is maintained /serviced timely

  • Ensure that the vehicle is always clean

  • Vehicle’s cleanliness is satisfactory

  • Compile periodical reports and submit timely

  • Quality reports compiled and submitted

  • Adhere to organization and program road safety rules

  • Road safety rules are adhered to

  • Ensure proper documentation of key vehicle documents

  • Key vehicle documents are dully signed

    Knowledge/ Qualifications for the Role

    Required Professional Experience

  • Two-years’ experience in driving light vehicles /passengers vehicles

  • Experience in mechanical is an added advantage

    Required Education, training, license, registration, and certification

  • Valid class C (C1, C2, C3) driving license

  • Form Four with NIT Advanced Driving Certificate or VETA Advanced Driving Certificate
