Here’s where you come in:

As the Record to Report (R2R) Global Project Lead, you will be responsible for handling R2R ongoing projects such as process migration and standardization.

You will be working closely with different team members and customers to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines and schedules are on-track.

Responsibilities include submitting project deliverables, preparing status reports and establishing effective project communication plans as well as the proper execution of the said plans.

You will also serve as an additional subject matter expert (SME) while championing to create a culture of continuous improvements for Record to Report.

Requirements include:

Bachelor´s degree with a major in accounting, finance, project management, business administration or equivalent

Six Sigma certification preferred (yellow or green belt) or working to get one Project Management Professional (PMP) or certified accountant is a plus

Prior experience as Project or Transition Lead, preferably more than 3-5 years proven experience in project management

Good operational know how of general accounting processes and other workstreams such as Procure to Pay

Strong communication skills, fluent in English both spoken and written
