Here’s Where You Come in:

As the Global Business Intelligence Manager (OPEX), you will lead a global team responsible for using information technology, methodologies and analysis to improve business processes & decision making.

You will manage processes and people responsible for accurate data collection, processing, modeling and analysis. With oversight from the OpEx Director, you will align to the strategy and execute tactics that aim at and drive the implementation of the organizational priority of increasing data-driven decision making and secure data management.

You are responsible for leading by influencing and motivating the change towards agility, ensuring the staff, leaders and project managers, partners and customers, have the necessary resources, capabilities, policies, standards and support.

A strong adherence to global policies and procedures is

required, including Data Management, InfoSec, Change Management, Release Management, IT Infrastructure and Solutions, People & Culture, Finance and other relevant.

Must ensure the internal team development to keep up to date on industry and technological trends and tools that enable the organizational agility.

Requirements Include:

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science or similar.

At least 6-8 years of experience in data management applications used in data modelling and business intelligence.

3+ years managerial and leadership experience.

At least 3 years of experience working in a global organization (stakeholders in various time zones) and a multi-cultural/virtual environment.

English proficiency required.

Advanced and proven skills in Data Modeling, especially in PowerBI.

Advanced knowledge and background on Power Query, SQL, Azure, R, DAX and any data science programming languages.
