Here’s where you come in:

As Director, People & Culture, you will provide strategic leadership to WV Uganda in the area of people management & organizational development in order to optimize organizational performance, fulfill World Vision mission, vision, core values and contribute to the measurable improvement of the well-being of vulnerable children and communities in Uganda.

Requirements include:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management or Social Sciences or related fields. Master’s Degree is an added advantage.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Senior Human Resources Management position in an international Non-Profit organization.

Familiarity with INGO international staffing policies and sound knowledge and experience in interpreting Uganda labor laws.

Proven record of managing people in a diverse cross-cultural and interfaith settings.

This role is based in National office with occasional field and international travel.
