Where do I get Scholarship to pursue PhD in Business Adminstration in the Philipine University

I am a community leader with a local NGO. I work to improve the living standards of the rural poor women and to educate the youth, particularly the school drop outs, the girl child.

I work to put smile on the faces of the underprivileged, the impoverished and the deprived in the society. I need higher qualification to be a good leader among my local community. I need help to acquire this knowledge.

I gained admission into the Bulacan state university to pursue a course leading to an award of PHD in Business Administration this year.The program started this year April-2012. However I am not able to pay the course fees.

The fee is about $25,000.00. I need help from NGOs, Foundations, Philanthropist and charitable organizations to assist me with scholarship to accomplish this noble objective.
I therefore appeal for help from any able body, organization.
