Where Can I Get Scholarship and Grants

My ambition is to study Climate Change and Adaptation or Soil Science Survey (postgraduate diploma), My university transcript is not good to allow me to apply directly for masters studies so, I would like to apply for scholarships and grants for studying postgraduate diploma in the mentioned above fields.
