What are the Qualifications for the Scholarship

I aspires to get a higher degree in project management unfortunately am facing financial constraint. without a scholarship, financial aid bursaries etc. I will not be able to achieved this aim and so what is your criteria for selection of applicants?

Considering that we do not sponsor, I am not in a position to clearly state the requirements for one to be funded. The scholarships on our site are offered by many different organizations and they have distinct ways of selection.
