Requirements for Appointment

Be a Kenyan citizen;

Be a holder of a first degree from a University recognized

Requirements for Appointment

Be a Kenyan citizen;

Be a holder of a first degree from a university recognized in Kenya (A Master's degree or higher qualification will be an added advantage);

Be a Certified Public Secretary of good professional standing;

Have working experience of at least ten years in their respective professions, five of which should be in administration and management;

Be a professional who demonstrates absence of breach of the relevant professional code of conduct;

Not be a public or state officer;

Satisfy the requirements of Chapter 6 of the Constitution of Kenya 2010 on leadership and integrity;

Demonstrate clear understanding of National and County

How to Apply

Candidates must attach a clear copy of their national identity card or valid passport.

Candidates who satisfy the requirements of chapter 6 Must obtain and present Clearance certificates from HELB, DCI, KRA, CRB and EACC.

The application with certified copies of academic and professional certificates and other testimonials should reach the office of the County Secretary on or before 5.00 PM on Wednesday 29th May, 2019
