Our business is growing rapidly, we are looking for experienced and enthusiastic Recovery Officers - Field in several locations all around Uganda, specifically in Kampala, Jinja, Mbale, Lira, Iganga, Mbarara, Gulu, and all of the Watu Branches Countrywide.

The role of a Recovery Officer (RO) is constantly follow-up clients/debtors to make payments prior to re-possession proceedings commence.

The RO also advises clients/ debtors on payment arrangements, handles inquiries, and provides administrative assistance (reports) to the team after the re-possession/ recovery of an asset (bike) has been done.

While in the field, identifying and applying the most efficient communication tactic persuading the client to close his overdue and return to payment compliance.
