Job purpose:

Spearhead the establishment of operations in new markets and implement robust processes to foster growth. The role holder will be crucial in evaluating necessity for new processes and ensuring their seamless implementation within defined timelines.

Key responsibilities:

Create and implement a detailed process implementation plan for new countries, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Assess and enhance existing business processes, pinpointing areas for refinement, and executing solutions to boost operational efficiency in newly established markets.

Develop and maintain guidelines, procedures, and process maps to document standard operating procedures for each market.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into actionable plans and processes suitable for diverse market conditions.

Conduct routine audits of processes to guarantee adherence to established procedures, creating a comprehensive framework for ongoing process audits.

Monitor the functionality of internal tools, swiftly identifying issues and root causes, and taking necessary actions to maintain continuous tool availability.

Provide on-site support to markets under your responsibility, ensuring effective process execution and troubleshooting as needed.

Conduct training sessions for internal users on the effective utilization of internal tools as needed.

Lead continuous reviews of business processes, suggesting optimization strategies for sustained growth.

Host meetings and presentations to disseminate ideas, share findings, and recommend improvements.

Perform requirements analysis, translating business needs into actionable plans.

Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements.

Develop reporting tools for various business operation

functions.

Conduct daily analyses to predict potential setbacks in company operations and identify areas for improvement.

What we are looking for:

A bachelors degree in operations management or a business related field

At least 5 years of experience with a minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management or a related field.

Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.

Knowledge of SQL is a plus, as it would enable efficient data manipulation and analysis.

Proven track record in evaluating, implementing and improving business processes.

Experience conducting process audits and implementing process improvement initiatives.

Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in work.

A team player with excellent communication skills.

Strong analytical skills to evaluate processes and identify areas for improvement.

Willingness and ability to travel from time to time to markets under your responsibility to provide on-site support.
