Water Resources Authority Water Resources Officer I - Standards and Regulation Jobs in Kenya; The cadre is responsible for implementation of regulations, development and review of policies, standards, guidelines and procedures

Duties and Responsibilities

Compiling and documenting the existing relevant Standards and Regulations

Isolating and allocating the Standards and Regulations to the applicable thematic areas

Tracking the extent of application of the Standards and Regulation

Ranking based on the developed criteria the extent of compliance to the Standards and Regulations

Preparing reports on implementation of Standards and Regulations

Evaluating the implementation status of Standards and Regulations

Job Specifications

Served for a minimum of three (3) years cumulative relevant work experience, in the position of Water Resources Officer II

Bachelor’s degree in any of the following disciplines: Hydrology, Soil, Water and Environmental Engineering, Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Geology, Geoinformatics, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution

Proficiency in computer applications

Shown merit and ability as reflect in work performance and results
