Water Engineering Scholarships

Can it be possible to have an Engineering scholarship in water management, structural engineering, environmental engineering, project management, water and sanitation or any water related subjects at masters level as I have a first degree in Civil Engineering?

If the above mentioned do relate to the degree course you already have then you have the chance. However, if not related in any way, then you will have to apply for degree course first then up grade to masters level respectively.
