Job Description

Washington Medical Center has an opportunity for Customer Service Agents to travelers in need of COVID-19 Oral / nasal swab tests

Duties and Responsibilities

Assist passengers with data registration for covid Sample collection

Capture Traveler information to WMC system

Inspect and verify passenger documentation

Direct passengers to Covid Sample Collection

Deliver Results to passengers

Job Requirements

Qualifications, Skills, Knowledge and Abilities

Minimum Qualification

BSC/BA in any Field

Required Work Experience

At least 2 years of relevant experience

May be exposed to infectious and contagious diseases/materials.

This position requires frequent, prolonged periods of standing and the employee must be able to bend over.

Fluency in English language is mandatory

Fluency in other International languages is an asset
