Duties & Responsibilities

Safe shift operation of plants.

Keep the equipment in safe condition.

Periodic inspection, preventive, breakdown, planned and unplanned shutdown maintenance of Bore Wells, PSF and ACFs, IRFs, EO Membranes, Mixed Bed, Dosing Systems.

Monthly run of fixed assets depreciation with the aim of fixed asset schedule preparation.

Maintain documentation as per the QMS systems.

Maintain minimum stock level of consumables and spares.

Generate quality water from Bore Well and supply to plant, uninterrupted.

Process waste water according to NESREA regulation before discharging from plant to the environment.

Safe handling of chemicals and follow zero accident norms as per EHS plan.

Training and development of team.

Education/Knowledge, Skills, Attributes, Experience & Other Requirements

B.Eng in Chemical Engineering/BSc in Chemistry or Biochemistry.

Knowledge of ETP, WTP, RO and DM plant and water chemistry of High Pressure Boiler.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Good team-building/team development skills.

Analytical and good computer skills.

Good leadership skills.

Must have a minimum of 5-7 years operating experience in ETP & WTP including liaison with NESREA.
