Vivo Energy Customer Service Coordinator Jobs in Kenya; The purpose of this role is to provide efficient customer service and operational support across the Order-to-Cash process, ensuring accurate order processing, effective customer communication, timely issue resolution, and high levels of customer satisfaction while supporting overall business operations and service delivery targets.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

Handle telephony and customer communication

Manage Order-to-Cash process (local & exports)

Support retail order pre-planning (MPP/CSR)

Provide Ve Serve support

Oversee retail automation & consignment stocking

Maintain customer sites (Retail, Commercial & Lubes)

Manage customer master data (MRD/MDG)

Handle customer complaints & feedback (CSI)

Support Card Centre & customer service functions

Provide helpdesk, business support & records management

Offer special support to key customers

Perform other duties and support as requested

Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications

University Graduate

Previous experience in Customer Service

Fluency and proficiency in English & Kiswahili

Strong multi-tasking ability

Problem-solving skills

Team player with collaborative mindset

Key Competencies

Customer-centric mindset

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

Professional, ethical, and dependable
