Visa application

Is there any means in which a student can apply visa without considering bank statements since the visa qualifications are very high including the fee deposit.personally I believe that if I can be assisted to get the visa my dreams could have come true.

If only you can assist me get the visa having my cousins there I just I can't lack means of learning.
Please assist me on getting the visa.I am an accounts student completing by April at Machakos university college
