Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities

Route to market development and constant update

Organize and coordinate Agent’s schedule

Research potential Markets

Route adherence supervision

Sales order generating & record, file & follow up on daily sales activity

Customer relationship management or customer database development

Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support

train new sales representatives for Agents

Receive and report on all Agents loadings

Supervise Agents and Representatives

Answer potential customer questions and follow-up call questions

Work with sales team when ever needed

Meet all sales quotas and goals

Assist Agents and team to meet and exceed goals

Brand management

Follow up of on product label quality, content and timeliness.

Sales van branding and quality follow up

Outlet branding.

Trade marketing activities

Giveaways
product collection and replacement

Agents performance development

Performance evaluation

Capacity building(sales, tax and accounting training)

Assist Sales Manager on assigned tasks

Job Requirements

0-1 years’ experience

Driving License is a plus
