Job Description for Corporate client & Regional Sales Officer

Provide client support services in accurate and timely fashion.

Research potential Markets and/or Institutional Clients

Maintain high level of professionalism and competence in every client interaction, Proper attire is a must!!!

Build positive and productive relationships with clients.

Make frequent client calls and visits to strengthen client relationships.

Analyse and resolve service issues promptly.

Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support

Research potential Markets

Sales order generating, recording, filing & follow up on daily sales activity
Customer relationship management or customer database development

Inform management about complex client issues and resolutions.

Maintain client focused working environment for team.

Identify and develop new business opportunities with client contacts.

Utilize effective problem solving and time management skills in client service operations.

Assist in risk assessment and mitigation activities.

Develop process improvements to enhance

service efficiency and effectiveness.

Attend educational trainings and workshops for professional growth.

Collaborating with senior executives to establish and execute a sales goal for the region

Assisting sales personnel in their techniques

Developing specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-term

Travels Frequently to regions in order to create new or maintain existing market

Reviewing regional expenses and recommending improvements

Work in compliance with company policies and procedures.

Provide assistance to less experienced staffs when needed.

Assist Sales Manager on Assigned task

Job Requirements

Career level:

6 years’ experience (Minimum 2 year’s supervisor experience)
