Viju Industries Nigeria Limited Dairy Milk Production Line Technician / Operator Jobs in Nigeria; The Technician/Operator will operate, monitor, and maintain automated dairy processing and packaging machinery. The role ensures strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and quality control standards (HACCP/GMP), while performing routine inspections, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance to guarantee consistent product quality and safe operations.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Operate, monitor, and maintain dairy processing and packaging machinery.

Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.

Perform routine equipment inspections, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.

Monitor processing parameters (temperature, pressure, flow rates) for product consistency.

Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas according to sanitation protocols (CIP).

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in food processing or mechanical engineering is a plus.

1–2 years’ experience in food, beverage, or dairy manufacturing.

Strong understanding of food safety regulations and hygiene standards.

Good troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude.

Ability to work in shifts and stand for extended periods.
