Victory Farms Long-Haul Driver Jobs in Kenya


Key Responsibilities

  • Transport fresh fish, inputs and company goods safely between logistics centres.

  • Conduct daily pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections.

  • Report mechanical faults, damages, accidents or safety concerns promptly.

  • Maintain cold‑chain integrity for perishable products.

  • Plan and adjust travel routes using navigation tools.

  • Ensure vehicles are fueled, clean and operational.

  • Assist with loading and offloading of products.

  • Complete delivery documentation accurately (trip logs, fuel records, delivery notes).

  • Comply with traffic laws, NTSA regulations and company policies.

  • Maintain communication with logistics and dispatch teams.

  • Safeguard company assets, cargo and equipment during transit.

  • Practice defensive driving and uphold safety standards.

  • Support emergency response procedures in case of breakdowns or accidents.

    Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum KCSE certificate; Diploma an added advantage.

  • Valid Driving Licence with minimum class CE.

  • Minimum 3 years’ proven experience in long‑haul or commercial driving.

  • Clean driving record with knowledge of Kenyan road networks.

  • Ability to use navigation applications effectively.

  • Basic mechanical knowledge an advantage.

  • Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Good communication skills and proactive attitude.

  • Willingness to travel long distances and work flexible schedules.
