Victory Farms Lake Feeding Supervisor - Early Stage Jobs in Kenya



Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and supervise feeding of fish.

  • Coordinate feed dispatch and movement.

  • Organize work schedules for feeders.

  • Conduct fish size appraisal.

  • Monitor and report on fish health condition.

  • Monitor and report on diving activities.

  • Monitor and report on condition of cages.

  • Ensure feeding records are accurate and submitted on time.

  • Ensure safety protocols are followed by all feeders.

  • Perform any other duties allocated by Feed Department Management.

    Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum High School Diploma.

  • Knowledge of fish feeding techniques and feed optimization.

  • Basic Microsoft Office experience.

  • Professionalism and strong work ethic.

  • Positive, team‑oriented attitude.

  • Ability to train, monitor and direct team members.

  • Ability to follow established SOPs.

  • Ability to communicate and report through company channels.

  • Strong organizational skills.

  • Good personality and communication skills; ability to work under stress and minimal supervision.

  • Time conscious.
