Victory Farms Lake Feeder Jobs in Kenya

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure fish are in clean nets.

  • Ensure all mortalities are collected and recorded.

  • Feed fish daily with allocated feed based on water condition.

  • Monitor and report on fish health condition.

  • Monitor and report on activities associated with designated cages.

  • Monitor and report on condition of cages.

  • Accurately record feeding data.

  • Perform any other duties allocated by management.

    Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum High School Diploma.

  • Basic knowledge of fish, feed and feeding.

  • Accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Team coordination and communication skills.

  • Knowledge of cage‑farm operations.

  • Biosecurity and safety awareness.

  • Ability to work in lake/cage‑farm environment.

  • Problem identification and timely escalation
