Victory Farms Fish Handling Supervisor Jobs in Kenya



Key Responsibilities

  • Custodian of recount protocols.

  • Oversee counter screen processes and daily livestreaming of cage data.

  • Ensure mother and destination cages are fed per protocol.

  • Coordinate towing plan with inshore handling and towing teams.

  • Work closely with lake operations to ensure timely setting of destination cages for stocking.

  • Conduct final inspection of net integrity for destination cages.

  • Collaborate with feeding and lake operations teams to ensure adequate sinkers; maintain inventory.

  • Perform any other duties assigned by manager.

    Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum High School Diploma.

  • Knowledge of fish feeding techniques and feed optimization.

  • Basic Microsoft Office experience.

  • Professionalism and strong work ethic.

  • Positive, team‑oriented attitude.

  • Ability to train, monitor and direct team members.

  • Ability to follow established SOPs.

  • Ability to communicate and report through company channels.

  • Strong organizational skills.

  • Good personality and communication skills; ability to work under stress and minimal supervision.

  • Time conscious.
