Victory Farms Data & Reporting Analyst Jobs in Kenya;The Data & Reporting Analyst will support Victory Farms by collecting, cleansing, and analyzing operational data to deliver actionable insights. The role involves designing dashboards, automating reporting, and ensuring data governance while collaborating with aquaculture and business teams to drive efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Data Collection & Analysis

  • Gather and consolidate data from production systems, sensors, databases, spreadsheets, and APIs.

  • Cleanse and preprocess data to ensure accuracy and consistency.

  • Identify and resolve data quality issues and conduct regular audits.

    Reporting & Performance Monitoring

  • Design and develop reports and dashboards to monitor KPIs (sales, feed efficiency, water quality).

  • Customize reporting solutions for stakeholders.

  • Use visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) to create interactive reports.

  • Automate reporting processes for efficiency and timely insights.

    Insights & Decision Support

  • Analyze data to provide recommendations for operational efficiency.

  • Work with aquaculture teams to develop data‑driven strategies.

  • Conduct ad‑hoc analysis and scenario modeling.

    Data Governance & Compliance

  • Implement access controls and security measures to protect sensitive data.

  • Maintain documentation for data dictionaries, lineage, and metadata.

    Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Partner with cross‑functional teams to understand
    analysis needs.

  • Translate business questions into actionable insights and recommendations.

    Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.

  • 2+ years’ experience in data analysis with focus on visualization tools (Power BI, tabular modeling).

  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, DAX, or similar.

  • Strong understanding of data governance and compliance requirements.

  • Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast‑paced environment.

  • Proven track record of delivering complex data analysis projects.

  • Certification in Power BI or related technologies is a plus.
