Victory Farms Branch Assistant Jobs in Kenya


Key Responsibilities

Receive Stock

  • Receive incoming deliveries, verify quantities, and ensure accurate documentation

  • Collaborate with Regional Supervisor to inspect goods for quality and compliance

    Calculate Inventory Variances

  • Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies

  • Maintain accurate records of stock movements and report variances

    Branch Maintenance

  • Ensure cleanliness and order of the branch, including rotogals, drums, crates, displays, and weighing scales

  • Maintain a fresh, appealing, customer‑friendly environment

    Customer Service

  • Weigh fish for client orders accurately upon request from Branch Captain

  • Provide efficient service to the Branch Sales Team for timely customer support

  • Verify payment for measured fish orders and record separately

    Reporting

  • Prepare regular reports on inventory levels and operational issues

  • Communicate relevant information to Regional Supervisor and collaborate on solutions

    Collaboration & Communication

  • Foster positive working relationships with colleagues

  • Collaborate with sales team to ensure seamless branch operations

    Adherence to Standards

  • Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations

  • Ensure all operational activities adhere to company policies and procedures

    Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum High School Diploma; certificate in Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred

  • At
    least 1 year of proven experience in sales and marketing roles

  • Excellent communication skills and commitment to customer service

  • Strong ability to build rapport and maintain long‑term customer relationships

  • Problem‑solving abilities and keen attention to detail

  • Familiarity with POS systems and basic inventory management tools

  • Team‑oriented with good organizational skills
