Job Role

  • Develop and implement IT strategies that align with the overall business objectives.

  • Manage and lead the IT team, providing direction, guidance, and support.

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of IT projects.

  • Provide cost-benefit analysis for proposed IT investments.

  • Evaluate, select, and manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.

  • Implement and enforce security policies and procedures to safeguard the organization's data and systems.

  • Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and hardware.

  • Recommend and oversee the adoption of new technologies that enhance operational efficiency.

  • Manage IT support services, ensuring timely resolution of user issues

  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the IT skills of users.

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive disaster recovery and business continuity plan.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their technology needs and expectations.

  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the performance of IT systems and services.

  • Provide regular reports to management on IT performance and key metrics.

  • Encourage a culture of innovation within the IT department.

  • Effectively manage change
    within the organization, especially related to IT implementations.

  • Ensure the organization's IT practices adhere to relevant laws and ethical standards.

    Education Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline is often a minimum requirement.

  • Relevant certification

    Work Experience

  • Minimum 5 years experience

  • Experience in Odoo ERP is a MUST

  • Must have Python skills
