Vellmont Advisory Ltd Real Estate Investment Sales Consultant Jobs in Kenya;Vellmont Advisory Ltd. is seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Real Estate Investment Sales Consultant to empower local and diaspora investors through curated property listings, mortgage affordability assessments, and actionable market insights. The Consultant will serve as the primary bridge between the platform and prospective investors, guiding clients through property acquisition, mortgage evaluation, and data‑driven investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with local and diaspora clients to understand investment goals and recommend suitable properties.

Guide clients on financing options using mortgage affordability assessment tools.

Leverage market data to educate clients on high‑potential investment areas and ROI projections.

Source new leads through networking, digital platforms, and referrals, and convert them into closed sales.

Maintain long‑term client relationships with post‑sale support and market updates.

Track sales activities, client feedback, and market trends, and prepare regular reports for management.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field.

Minimum 2 years’ proven experience in real estate sales, property investment, or mortgage brokering.

Strong understanding of the Kenyan real estate market, property laws, and mortgage financing.

Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and able to work independently.

Proficiency in CRM software and digital sales tools.

Fluency in English; proficiency in Swahili highly advantageous.
