VDT Communications Telesales Intern Jobs in Nigeria

Job Description

Present a positive brand image by acting as a contact for potential clients.

Educate clients on range of products and services available. Offer support in identifying their needs and advise on adequate product and service packages.

Follow up to ensure prompt provisioning and activation of new subscribers.

Manage leads by tracking and following up on contacts assigned from the marketing team.

Manage leads generated privately.

Effectively manage all device issues escalated from walk- in customers.

Escalate / arrange physical meet up of sales team with clients as requested.

Actively contribute to attaining revenue targets by upselling and ensuring client satisfaction and referrals.

Close sales and attain assigned targets of revenue and brand awareness.

Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2 - 3 years work experience.
