We are currently seeking enthusiastic and driven Sales Officers to join our expanding team. As a Sales Officer, you will play a crucial role in helping us empower individuals and businesses by providing access to financial services and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and reach out to potential clients to offer our microfinance products and services

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and excellent customer service.

• Open financial saving accounts for clients.

• Assess clients' financial needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient processing of loan applications and other financial transactions.

• Actively participate in promotional activities and community outreach events to increase awareness of our services.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• The applicant must hold a Certificate/Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Microfinance, Business Administration or any related business course.

• Proven track record

in sales or customer service roles, preferably in the financial sector/Fresh Graduates with the desired qualifications mentioned above are also encouraged to apply.

• Age: Between 20-30 years.

• Proficiency in Luganda is an added advantage.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Passion for making a difference and helping others achieve financial stability.
