Summary

  • The work schedule for this position is: Full Time (40 hours per week)

  • Start date: Candidate must be able to begin working within a reasonable period of time (6 weeks) of receipt of agency authorization and/or clearances/certifications or their candidacy may end.

    Duties

  • The CLO Assistant supports the CLO Coordinator in performing duties and activities that enhance the Consulate community, in all aspects of the execution of trips and tours, as well as in planning events and community activities.

  • The CLO Assistant serves as a valuable resource for community members by responding to inquiries (or communicating them to the Coordinator as appropriate), and assisting the CLO Coordinator in developing a wide variety of information resources.

    Qualifications and Evaluations

    Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of one (1) year in day-to-day office operations and equipment in a professional international organization is required

  • Job Knowledge: Demonstrated ability to communicate and interact with the public, such as providing customer service, organizing events or public relations is required

    Education Requirements:

  • Completion of Secondary School or Local Mandatory Schooling and received high school diploma

    Evaluations:

  • This may be tested. Please specify your level of proficiency in the language listed.

    Language:

  • Good working knowledge speaking/reading/writing English is required.

    Skills And Abilities:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, Publisher and PowerPoint) with the ability to work autonomously and
    maintain confidentiality is required. Must be willing to work evenings and weekends
